SWIMMING COURSES FRONT CRAWL LEVEL 3
Do you want to take a front crawl (in Dutch: borstcrawl) level 3 course? You can register for the dates below. Each date is the start of a 6-week course (6 x 1 hour) at a fixed time during the week. You can see the exact lesson dates when you click further in the course.
After the basic course you can basically swim the entire stroke and breathe on both sides. The process is not yet automated: you are ‘consciously competent’. That is why we offer the level 2 and level 3 crawl course as a follow-up. We help you swim longer distances in succession without any sloppiness creeping in. You can also automate this yourself, but it is much easier (and more fun) with guidance.
